Booking Cancellation
- What’s the cancellation policy?
We’ve got a 48-hour cancellation rule. Miss the deadline? You’ll be charged for the first night of your stay.
Group Booking
- Can my group stay in the same room?
We’ll try our best to keep your crew together, but no promises – it’s a hostel, after all! - How do I book for more than 8 people?
Groups of 8+ need to hit us up at info@yeahhostels.com or call us. Don’t even try booking online – it won’t work.
Payment and Arrival
- When will I be charged?
We’ll charge your card for the first night to lock in your reservation. The rest? Pay when you get here. - What if I’m arriving late?
If you’re rolling in after midnight, let us know via email or phone, or your booking will be canceled. - What about the Barcelona city tax?
Heads up – there’s a city tax of €5 per person, per night. It’s not included in your booking price.
Deposits
- What if I lose my key?
Lost your key? That’s €5, friend.
Food
- What’s on the menu?
- Breakfast: Fuel up from 8 AM to 11 AM.
- Dinner: Join our famous group dinners around 9 PM – starter, main course, dessert, and drinks included. Ask about it when you check in!
Age Restriction
- Are kids allowed?
Under 17? You’ll need to be in a private room or dorm with your parents, a guardian, or have formal authorization. - Who can sleep in the 4 and 6 bed rooms?
Only guests aged 18 to 50 can stay.
Bed Assignment
- Can I stay in the same room all nights?
If we’re packed or you book last-minute, you might have to switch rooms, but we’ll do our best to avoid it. - Can I stay in the same room as my friends?
We’ll try to keep your squad together, but hey, it’s hostel life – no guarantees!
